Day 6   April 29, 2006

Read:  Psalm 15

Reflection:  The contrast between the verses of this Psalm and verses from Psalm 1 & 24, Matthew 5, and other New Testament books.  LORD, who may abide in Your tabernacle?  Who may dwell in Your holy hill?
He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who has not lifted up his soul to an idol, nor sworn deceitfully.  Ps. 24:4
He who walks uprightly, and works righteousness, and speaks the truth in his heart; he who does not backbite with his tongue, nor does evil to his neighbor, nor does he take up a reproach against his friend; in whose eyes a vile person is despised, but he honors those who fear the LORD;
Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stands in the path of sinners, nor sits in the seat of the scornful; but his delight is in the law of the LORD.  And on His law he meditates day and night.  Ps. 1:1
He who swears to his own hurt and does not change; he who does not put out his money at usury, nor does he take a bribe against the innocent.  He who does these things shall never be moved.
BLESSED are the pure in heart for they shall SEE YAHWEH.  (The Father)

YESHUA said, “Most assuredly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of Himself, but what He sees the Father do, for whatever He does, the Son also does in like manner.  I can of Myself do nothing.  As I hear, I judge; and My judgment is righteous, because I do not seek My own will but the will of the Father who sent Me.” (John 5:19, 30)  Also read John 8:38.
“Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also, and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father.  And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that my Father may be glorified in the Son.  If you ask anything in My name, I will do it.  If you love Me, keep My commandments.  And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever, even the Spirit of Truth, whom the WORLD cannot receive, because it NEITHER SEES HIM NOR KNOWS HIM; but YOU KNOW HIM, for He dwells with you and will be IN YOU.” (John 14:12-17)  Also read John 15:4,5, & 26 and 16:1 & 13.
“Now when the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all of one accord in one place.  And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting.  And they were ALL filled with the Holy Spirit.”  (Acts 2:1,4a)

Adoration:  God, the Holy Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Confession:  Forgive us for not sitting and waiting in one accord for your Holy Spirit to reveal to us ALL the same understanding of Your will and purpose.  Cleanse our spirit and soul from works of flesh.  Purify us as we receive Your Spirit of Truth, as one man, Your Church and Bride of Christ.

Thanksgiving:  Be thankful that the Holy Spirit also helps us in our weakness, interceding for us with groanings which cannot be uttered, according to the will of Yahweh, when we do not know how to pray. (Read Romans 8:26,27)

Supplication:   Pray Ephesians 3:14-21.  Also see John 17, Ephesians 1:22-2:7, and Galatians 5.

Thank You, Father, that in Christ we are free from works of flesh and seated with You in the Third Heaven, where the enemy is under foot.  And we have power, love, and a sound mind to bear fruit of Your Holy Spirit while walking in unity with our brother in Christ.
