Day 13    May 6, 2006

Read:  Psalms 138

Reflection: This is an action Psalm –

If and when we:         “Praise him with our whole heart”
                                                “Sing praises to Him”
                                                “Worship and Praise His Name”
Or and when we cry out to Him or if we walk in the midst of trouble…

He willWith His loving kindness, His truth, His Grace and His Word (magnified) above          all (Jn 1:14), will answer us and make us bold with His strength.
Then> Everyone shall praise You, O Lord, for great is the glory of the Lord!

Even though “He” is on high, “He” regards the lowly, but not the proud.

His Promise:  He will revive me and stretch out His hand against my enemy and His right hand will save me!

Another Promise:      He will perfect that which concerns me; Your mercy endures FOREVER!

Interesting Note:      In Psalms 138 there are five “I’s” stated (representing me or us) and there are seventeen “You’s” or “Your’s” (capital Y’s) representing the Lord Jesus Christ.

Old quote:  If we come an inch closer toward Him, He will come a mile (or more) to help us and enable us to serve him and give Him all the Praise and Glory due His Name… The Lord Jesus Christ! Amen!

Adoration:  Praise Him with your whole heart.  Sing praises to Him.  Worship and praise His name.  For “great is the glory of the Lord!”

Confession:  Any pride that we have.

Thanksgiving:  That He hears us and His mercy endures FOREVER!

Supplication:  That He will make us bold and revive us that we may glorify Him.

My Prayer:     Lord, don’t forsake the works of Your hands, please!
